CNC Laser cutting
Laser cutting is a technology that uses a laser to slice materials. It is typically used for industrial manufacturing applications. Laser cutting works by directing the output of a high-power laser through mirrors or fiber to the machine cutting head. The focused laser beam is directed at the material, which then either melts, burns vaporize away, or is blown away by a jet of gas, leaving an edge with a high-quality surface finish.

CNC Oxy-Gas Cutting
The oxyfuel process is the most widely applied industrial thermal cutting process because it can cut through material with a wide range of thicknesses. The cutting process is a mixture of oxygen and the fuel gas is used to preheat the metal to its 'ignition' temperature which, for steel, is 700°C - 900°C (bright red heat) but well below its melting point.

CNC Drilling & Thermal Cutting
Drilling is a machining process that employs drill bits to produce cylindrical holes in the workpiece. In CNC drilling, typically the CNC machine feeds the rotating drill bit perpendicularly to the plane of the workpiece’s surface, which produces vertically aligned holes with diameters equal to the diameter of the drill bit employed for the drilling operation.

CNC Waterjet Cutting
Waterjet cutting machines use a high-pressure stream of water, which is then converted to velocity via a jewel orifice, which then creates a stream as fine as human hair. When using abrasive cutting techniques, garnet, the abrasive material is introduced into the stream to increase pressure, resulting in a cutting velocity that is much faster.

Polishing
Metal polishing is a finishing method that uses an abrasive material to smoothen surfaces. When polished, the surfaces of metallic objects are freed of defects and become more reflective and shinier, enhancing their appearance. Metal polishing can be complemented by buffing, a less harsh method that results in a brighter finish.
